Shireen loves arches and curves. They are a great expression of classic past and the flexible present . They hold outer beauty and inner meaning.
Arches cannot hurt because they turn without sharp edges. They represent an acceptance of change and an ability to cope. They are inviting and warm. They stand for tender hearts that are big to absorb others and not squared around their beliefs and preferences.

In bringing out the inner beauty of this home’s owner, the notion of refinement was chosen as a focal point. The reception areas are inspired by French royalty, which is why “Josephine”, Napolean’s wife, is a good description of the theme. The material used is similarly very refined: valvet, canage, and silk. The chairs and sofas are dressed in soft velvet that reminds us of Napolean’s overflowing garements.
Amidst this air European sophistication sits an outstanding oriental dining room as a tribute to the grace and wisdom of Arab art.

Nothing is as sophisticated as the natural environment. Everything in nature complements everything else and exists in great harmony. This home is a combination of untouched natural material – stone and wood – and other elements polished to perfection by human effort.
